Caprice
Caprice, our 110-seat French restaurant, overlooks spectacular Victoria Harbour and Kowloon peninsula. Its design integrates guest seating into the open kitchen, providing an on-site show of chefs at work and allowing delicious aromas to accompany the dining experience. The menu of authentic French cuisine offers dishes that are light and refreshing, yet rich in taste and flavour.

Elegant décor and intuitive Four Seasons service contribute to making Caprice unforgettable. The restaurant also includes an adjoining bar and lounge area for cocktails and three private dining rooms, each with seating for up to 16 guests.

Inagiku

This sentiment is captured to perfection at Inagiku, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, where every dish displays the refined elegance of Japanese culture, from the restaurant's famous tempura to other classic favourites, including kaiseki, sashimi, sushi and teppanyaki.

Inagiku is one of the oldest and best-known restaurants in Japan, and the décor of Inagiku Hong Kong seamlessly blends traditional Edo-style artwork with modern Japanese creations, against a backdrop of brown and gold. Its Zen-like ambience and breathtaking harbour views create the ideal setting for guests to experience Chef Morihara's culinary magic.

Dine in one of the four private dining rooms, each with its own teppanyaki counter, or at the separate sushi, teppanyaki and tempura bars, where watching the chefs prepare these delectable dishes is part of the enjoyment. Seats 160, including 50 in the private dining rooms.

Lung King Heen
Lung King Heen – View of the Dragon – represents contemporary Cantonese cuisine at its best. Using only the freshest local ingredients, a team of regionally renowned, innovative chefs creates a dining experience that delights and surprises.

Pool Terrace
The Pool Terrace provides a welcome oasis for Hotel guests, with its resort-like atmosphere and spectacular views of Victoria Harbour. Light meals and snacks can be enjoyed, as well as healthy smoothies and frozen cocktails. Seats 72.

The Lounge
The Lounge is located adjacent to the lobby, off the dramatic, six-storey high glass-walled atrium. Curving planes, luminescent metallic rays and contrasting timber panelling echo the design elements of the atrium while creating an intimate space for small business and social occasions.

Rising above the quiet conversation of morning tea and light luncheon is one of the many unique art pieces in the Hotel's exclusive collection – Allium, a sculpture by English artist Ruth Moilliet.

This all-day venue offers breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. A variety of light meals, teas and desserts are served throughout the day, accompanied by live entertainment in the afternoon and evening. Seats 84.
