Caprice, our 110-seat French restaurant, overlooks spectacular Victoria Harbour and Kowloon peninsula. Its design integrates guest seating into the open kitchen, providing an on-site show of chefs at work and allowing delicious aromas to accompany the dining experience. The menu of authentic French cuisine offers dishes that are light and refreshing, yet rich in taste and flavour.
Elegant décor and intuitive Four Seasons service contribute to making Caprice unforgettable. The restaurant also includes an adjoining bar and lounge area for cocktails and three private dining rooms, each with seating for up to 16 guests.

The Lounge
The Lounge is located adjacent to the lobby, off the dramatic, six-storey high glass-walled atrium. Curving planes, luminescent metallic rays and contrasting timber panelling echo the design elements of the atrium while creating an intimate space for small business and social occasions.
Rising above the quiet conversation of morning tea and light luncheon is one of the many unique art pieces in the Hotel\'s exclusive collection – Allium, a sculpture by English artist Ruth Moilliet.
This all-day venue offers breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. A variety of light meals, teas and desserts are served throughout the day, accompanied by live entertainment in the afternoon and evening. Seats 84.
