Palace Beach & Spa... Palace Beach and Spa (formerly MINES Beach Resort & Spa) was recently renamed in conjunction with its merging with Palace of the Golden Horses. The two hotels under MINES Resort City now operate under one management team. With the merger, MINES Resort City’s two Palaces will become the leading hotels for Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions as well as the complete destination for business and pleasure.
