Equinox Restaurant
Upon entering Equinox, be mesmerised by the panoramic views of Singapore and the islands of Malaysia and Indonesia. Be captivated by the impressive three-storey, 165-seat, amphitheatre-style restaurant that emphasises simple yet bold design elements: four three-storey-high teak and rice-paper lanterns, suspended Ming-inspired wooden trellis and a luminous, floor-to-ceiling wall of mother-of-pearl make simply stunning statements.

Inagiku
Singapore's premier Japanese restaurant, with an established reputation for serving superior Japanese cuisine made from only the freshest and most authentic of Japanese ingredients. Specialities include sushi, sashimi, tempura and teppanyaki dishes prepared by a team of highly skilled chefs, well versed in the art of Japanese fine dining.

Derived from the ancient Sanskrit word for 'bowl', JAAN is an intimate, 60-seat restaurant. Boasting a stunning Murano crystal and silver free-form chandelier that spans the entire length of the ceiling, the ornate interior is complemented by a breathtaking backdrop of the ocean and neighbouring countries.
A truly fascinating culinary experience awaits diners at JAAN. The menu, inspired by seasonal, modern French cuisine, varies from season to season to tantalise even the most discerning taste buds.
Kopi Tiam
For a taste of local flavours, visit Kopi Tiam. Whet your appetite with the best of local favourites including signature dishes such as Laksa, Nasi Goreng, Char Kway Teow, Tom Yum Soup and Hainanese Chicken Rice. Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm a chef prepares our famous Roti Prata, Roti Jala and Murtabak.
Lobby Court
The Lobby Court is the perfect meeting venue, offering an extensive selection of speciality drinks and hot beverages. New Asia Bar
Located on Levels 71 and 72, this 180-seat, two-storey bar and dining place pulsates to the latest sounds. Vibrant colours and unconventional furnishings, including floors that slant 20 degrees to spectacular views, create a highly charged atmosphere.
Whilst Level 71 is open to the public, Level 72 is a by-invitation-only area where discerning guests can enjoy their drinks and food privately.
During the day, savour a drink or a bite to eat from the Bits and Bites menu while chilling out to easy-listening sounds. When the sun sets, the mood heightens as the music vibe deepens. New Asia Bar's in-house DJ brings you a mix of modern grooves with a touch of house and techno.
Out of The Pan
Offering an oasis for gourmets in search of innovative dining, the 92-seat restaurant specialises in both savoury and sweet crêpes, salads, soups and more. Delight in special crêpe creations from the menu or design your own. For those with a sweet tooth, Out of The Pan also offers a tempting array of waffles, sweet crêpes, ice creams and cakes.
Plaza Market Café
Specially for lovers of traditional Peranakan cuisine, a unique cultural tapestry arising from the intermarriage of the Chinese and Malay heritage in Singapore. Its cuisine is a delicious amalgamation of Chinese (rice, soya beans, stir-fried dishes) and Malay, which advocates the liberal use of chilli, coconut milk and spices. The resplendent buffet spread is a showcase of authentic Peranakan offerings, jazzed up with an international twist.
