Located in a major commercial and residential district, and interconnected with a large shopping mall, the hotel is directly opposite one of the entrances to the tollway that circles the city and connects to the airport. This makes the hotel only twenty minutes from the airport, and also twenty minutes to Silom or Sukhumvit shopping and entertainment areas. After a busy day of tours, shopping, or meetings, you can workout in the fitness centre which is equipped with the latest exercise machines and free weights.

The interiors are comfortable and functional and all rooms have safes and satellite television. Bathrooms are petit and well designed. Service is wonderfully friendly, and the reception floor at level 10 has a welcoming bar, lounge, and coffee shop. The mysterious effect of dark teak furniture, and a lotus design dominate Siang Ping Loh restaurant which serves Cantonese and Szechuan food.

The gym has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the 12th-floor gardens and jogging track. There is an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by trees, and wooden deck chairs for a cool-down in the shade.

Located on the 8th floor, with a capacity of 330, Siang Ping Loh serves Cantonese food and Yum Cha luncheons (with dim sum) . The restaurant can be used as a function room and 7 private rooms are available.
