Located poolside, Bacchus is the ideal spot to rejuvenate yourself with an array of freshly squeezed exotic fruit juices, home-made ice creams, light meals and house specialties from our 'al Forno' pizza oven.
Bridges
Located just off our lobby, Bridges is a great destination bar - perfect for socializing with friends, meeting business colleagues or simply relaxing to the soothing sounds of our resident pianist in the evenings.
Choose from either a light menu (available throughout the day) or try out our Afternoon Tea, created by Executive Chef David Hammonds using our signature tea blend from the world-renowned Fairmont Empress.

Cascades
A truly unique venue, Cascades is located on the ground floor of the hotel under the soaring atrium.

The Oak Room in New York's famed The Plaza hotel has provided guests with the ultimate in dining pleasure for decades.
